Batch 296


As you can see, I'm fat. hehehe so now I'm literally on diet but its actually not a diet because I've just learned that you can't just stop eating rice. Carbohydrate in your body will suffer from a big loss and will make you craving for more snack. So for the first and second week that you starting to diet, you need to provide enough carbohydrate in your body then the third week try to take less carbohydrate. Also the main role for dieting is you've to kept exercising, its doesn't mean you've to be in a park or what. Just try to find a video on YouTube that teach some new exercise and make it as a habit :) So that's all! 
P/S : Don't think that you've been stop eating all the food you'll be thin cause you can live for that life just for a day. Believe me, I've been through it. Do wish me luck, PALS! ♥
